Common
Questions

We want you to feel informed and at ease before your visit. Here are answers to the questions we hear most often. Don't hesitate to call our office with anything else on your mind.

Do I need a referral to be seen? +
In many cases, a referral is not required. However, some insurance plans do require one. We recommend checking with your insurance provider, and our staff is happy to assist with any referral coordination.
What should I bring to my first appointment? +
Please bring a valid photo ID, your insurance cards, a list of current medications, any relevant imaging (MRI, X-ray, CT), and prior medical records related to your pain condition. Arriving 15 minutes early to complete paperwork is helpful.
Are procedures done in the office? +
Many of our minimally invasive procedures are performed right in our office using fluoroscopic (X-ray) guidance, allowing for precision and comfort. Certain procedures may be scheduled at an affiliated outpatient surgery center.
What insurance plans do you accept? +
We accept most major commercial insurance plans, Medicare, and many Medicaid plans. Please contact our office to verify your specific plan prior to your visit so we can ensure a smooth billing experience.
How soon can I be seen? +
We strive to offer timely appointments, often within one to two weeks for new patients. For urgent situations, please call our office directly and we will do our best to accommodate you as quickly as possible.
